Information on personal data processing

Personal data will only be processed for the purposes of processing your request or answering your query. The legal basis for the processing is the data controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring reliable communication with those contacting us by email or telephone, in relation to leaving us your contact details, redirecting your request to the appropriate department and answering your question.
The data will be kept for the period necessary to complete the ongoing request/query and in some situations may be kept until the statute of limitations for claims.
Recipients of the data will be IT service providers of IT systems, web services, law firms.
You have the right to access your data and the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. To the extent that the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the premise of the controller’s legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

The provision of data is voluntary, however, in some cases it may be necessary in order to fulfil the request sent.
